On Saturday 6 May, Bootham Ladies’ Futsal Club entertain London Genesis Futsal club in the last 8 of the Women’s National Futsal Cup. The game is being hosted at the new York City Stadium and kick off is 2.00pm.

We spoke to coach Chris with his thoughts on the game, he said, ‘This is going to be a hard game as London Genesis are a very well established club and will bring some talented players. We are taking nothing for granted and will give it all, and who knows, in a one off cup game, anything can happen!

He continued by saying, ‘We have finished the season on a real high with some brilliant performances and at home we are starting to get a loyal following. If you are free, we really do need our amazing supporters to come along and roar us home, this may be the last time you get to see the ladies play this season.’
