What Is Futsal?
Futsal is an exciting, fast-paced, small sided indoor football game that is widely played across the world and is officially recognised by UEFA, FIFA and the FA. With only 5 players on each team, everyone gets lots of ball time. It is played with hockey sized goals and a ball with reduced bounce.

Who:
We are a girls’ and ladies’ only futsal club based in York, we run sessions for U10 to U16 girls with fully qualified FA Futsal Coaches, from 9.00am to 1.00pm every term time Sunday and Ladies Open Age from 7.00pm to 9.00pm every Monday, and with a brand new Ladies Open Aged fun futsal session from 6pm to 7pm on a Tuesday at the York Stadium Leisure Complex. Everyone is welcome, regardless of ability! Why not come and have a go, the first session is ABSOLUTELY FREE and we would love to say hi!

Where:
We train and play at three locations:
Sundays: York St John University, on Wigginton Road. Parking is free, but make sure your register your car at reception, and to find us, we are in the Sports Barn on the main sports complex – Google Map Link
Mondays: Burnholme Sports Centre, on Mossdale Avenue. Parking is free and we are in the main sports hall – Google Map Link
Tuesdays: York Stadium Leisure Complex, on Kathryn Avenue. Parking is free, but watch out for football and rugby match days, and we are in the main sports hall – Google Map Link
What You Will Need:
You will need to wear non-marking indoor trainers and bring a drink as it can get pretty hot in the sports hall. Please wear comfortable clothes – shorts or leggings and a t-shirt are fine! All our coaches are Enhanced DBS checked and Advanced First Aid qualified. We are also supported by North Yorkshire Sports & Sport England.
