Just a quick post to say a huge thank you to the amazing ladies who came down tonight to play futsal at the first ever Bootham Ladies Futsal Club session. We had ex-RTC players, mothers, daughters, friends, kick-boxers and one old male coach!

The spirit of the session was amazing, with everyone looking out for each other. No-one took over, everyone smiled and laughed and in the end it was Coach Chris who made the mistake for the winning goal.

A very special thank you to Charlie, Leah, Nikki, Katie, Suzy, Penny, Jennifer, Lucy, Emma, Lizzie and Hannah – you will always be remembered as the first!

Ladies – if you fancy playing futsal, the next session is on Friday 9 July at St Peter’s School, in the middle of York. It is totally FREE, and we can promise that you will have fun!
