On Monday 29 September, Mark Dick from England Futsal delivered a futsal CPD workshop to a number of coaches during the Bootham Ladies training session at Burnholme Community Centre.

The CPD focused on one of futsal’s core attacking principles, the “Game of Two”. Coaches were challenged to consider what a two-player move looks like in practice before seeing a series of sessions demonstrating different variations and opportunities for players to apply these moves during matches.

The evening was both engaging and informative, helping coaches and players strengthen their understanding of the game.

Head Coach Chris reflected afterwards, ‘A huge thank you to Mark for coming down and using the ladies to showcase England Futsal and their CPD programme. The players and visiting coaches learnt loads from the evening, and we would welcome Mark and England Futsal back at any time.‘
