And that’s a wrap on 2025! After 45 training sessions, a stack of matches and tournaments, and even an adventure to Italy, we finally hit our last session of the year. What a ride! So much futsal, so many laughs, tons of learning, and yep, a few shiny trophies to top it all off!

Today’s session was all about FUN! The players got to show off everything they’ve learned over the last 12 months and skills, tricks, celebrations, and a healthy dose of showing off were definitely encouraged. Even a bit of light-hearted cheating made its way onto the menu… all in good spirits, of course!
It’s been a fantastic year for the club, and a massive thank you to everyone who has played, supported, cheered, coached, or just been part of the journey. What a year!

Thank you to every single one of you for another wonderful year of futsal. Whether you’re one of our academy players, part of the ladies’ team, joining in at the new Tuesday ladies fun sessions, cheering from the sidelines, coaching week in and week out, or supporting us as parents, you are all a part of what makes this club so special. I’m truly grateful for each of you and for everything you bring to our futsal family.

This year has had its challenges, and there have been moments that tested both my patience and my belief. But every time things got tough, it was the people around this club, your commitment, your kindness, your energy, that reminded me why we do what we do. My only wish is that no one ever takes what we’re building here for granted. Your support, in whatever form it comes, means more than you may realise.

As we head into Christmas, I hope your homes are filled with joy, laughter, and maybe even a few futsal-related surprises under the tree. I wish you all a peaceful, happy New Year, and I truly look forward to welcoming you back on Sunday 11 January 2026.

Thank you for being part of this journey, it simply wouldn’t be the same without you all!
