On Wednesday 18 April 2018, Bootham Girls Futsal Club played their first competitive futsal match against.

And what a first match! They were asked to play a group of touring Australian U14 girls at the University of York.  The Australians were drawn from states all across Australia.

Who came out on top?  Could the girls beat the odds and record a win in their first game?
